Covid 19 FAQS

During this pandemic we will provide hand sanitiser in our vehicles and our drivers will be wearing face masks. We also clean our vehicles with anti baterial cleaners inbetween clients. We do require 24 hour notice for all travel so this can be adheard to.

Airport FAQS 

Upon booking your travel please provide the following information



-Lead party's name and mobile number

-Pick up date

-Pick up time

-Pick up address

-Which Airport and if required the terminal


We aim to drop you at the nearest drop off point to the terminal/departures



-Lead party's name and mobile number (need to be contactable by driver)

-Arrival date 

 Arrival time

-Flight number and Airline 

-Airport name and if required the terminal


On your arrival time we will normally park outside of the airport, then when you have collected your luggage and are ready to leave the airport, contact us and we will arrange your  pick up. This keeps parking costs to a minimum therefore keeping prices as low as possible for our customers.


We do not accept responsability for missed flights due to road conditions, traffic build up, although we can advise on the estimated arrival time to the airport but this is not a guarantee.

 We pass on the credit card fees at the rate charged. We only do this to help keep our prices low for customers paying by debit card and cash.
