  • How do make payment?
  • You can pay direct via a bank transfer or by credit/debit card via an online service which we can send you a link or by cash to the driver on the day. If you have booked a trip both ways, we will ask for Full payment on the outward journey. If you have only booked one way with us we would ask for 50% of the payment upfront prior to pick up.

  • We accept all credit/debit cards including american express (2% card charge) but unfortunately we can not accept cheques as way of payment.

  • Are there any time restrictions?
  • No, we operate 365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, however we do require a minimum of 24 hours prior to your journey.

  • Do you provide a receipt?
  • Yes, we can provide a receipt via email or upon request. 
  •  
  • Is the payment secure?
  • Yes, this payment is 100% secure through iZettle, and we will not hold your card details.

  • How is the price calculated?
  • All our prices are based from Thrapston to the destination required, amount of people depend on what type of vehicle you need, and the time of day, (between midnight and 6am is charged at a different rate)

  • Can you provide booster seats?
  • We do provide booster seats upon requested.

  • Why do I have to provide a flight number?
  • Please give us the flight number as we can check to see if your flight is on time.

  • Am I charged if my flight is delayed?
  • No, we do not charge you any extra if your flight is delayed.

  • Is the price per person?
  • No, the price given is per vehicle.
  •  
  • How much luggage can a car/minibus hold?
  • Please ask at time of booking for details about luggage.

  • Passenger Safety?
  • We’ve taken a rigorous approach to ensuring the companies and drivers we work with are the best and safest operators in our area because your Safety is our priority. Also, they all guarantee an exceptional level of customer service via email and over the phone.

    Our drivers

    • Drivers are fully insured and are licenced by East Northants Council
    • Drivers have undertaken and passed criminal record checks with the Criminal Records Bureau.
    • Drivers have undertaken and passed medical checks.
    • Drivers hold valid UK driver’s licenses.

  • All our vehicles are non smoking/vaping.
  • No food and drink is allowed in our vehicles unless arranged at time of bookings. 
  • We have a soilage charge at £50 for the car and £70 for the minibus.
